Day 60

It really feels like yesterday we were celebrating Day 40, Noah's Ark day.  But here we are - day 60.  Jerald said "why are you making cookies?"  I said that I need to find unexpected places for fun and celebration.

So I made these delicious almond flour cookies.  They are from my diet bible - Breaking the Vicious Cycle - these are the monster cookies.  Justin spit his out - everyone else at 1.  

Seth then was tasked to make flourless chocolate cookies for science class.  Fun watching him!
