Justin's First Bath!!!

We finally did it - Justin had his first bath today. I think we might have been still scarred from Seth's first bath, where he screamed the entire time. A combination of we know what we are doing more and Justin is such a chill little guy - it went pretty smoothly.

For most of the time he tolerated the water and various people washing him - including big brother Seth who was such a huge help!

Now we have a clean baby - for a few minutes. It appears that Justin takes after his big brother and is becoming quite a spitter-upper. What fun!

Happy Chanukah!

We celebrated the first night of Chanukah at Nana's house. We lit the candles, said the prayers, sang songs, played, ate yummy food and of course opened presents! Thanks Nana - it was a wonderful and very special way to start the holiday.

Nana and her three grandchildren - all together for the very first time!

Nana and cookies

Nana came to stay with us today - to spend some time with the boys and to allow Seth and I to go alone to the Mother's Breakfast. As I said in the previous post - it was a really special morning and I am very thankful to Nana that Seth and I were able to do it by ourselves. Nana and Justin had a blast on their own! Equally as good - Nana kept Justin with her and gave him a bottle so Jerald and I could get 4-5 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Whoo hoo!!!

Nana of course came with plenty of projects to keep Seth entertained since it is too cold to play outside. The two of them had a blast making Nana's famous Chanukah cookies. They ate a ton of dough and Seth was laughing and smiling the whole time.

Mother's Breakfast

Today was the Mother's Breakfast at Seth's school. All the Mom's come to school early for breakfast with the kids. We ate, listened to some music, then headed back to the classroom for playtime, and a story during circle time. It was such a special morning - and I was so happy to be able to spend it with Seth!

Seth's teachers - Bailey and Bat-Sheva.

First Music Class

Today Justin experienced his first music class. I was very proud of myself for getting both boys dressed and out of the house! How cute do they look in the back of the car?

Justin pretty much slept/ate all during class. But Seth had a great time and was so understanding when I had to sit and feed Justin.

After, we met Ronak for a pizza lunch. Yum!
