Seth's First Day of Camp

Our summer schedule has been busy so far... Seth's school ends really early so he did two weeks at his school camp - which was very similar to school. Last week he was home with Justin and I. But today he started 4 weeks at a camp with a bunch of his friends from school. He is such a big boy - they do pick up and drop off from the car (yea for me!!!). He goes swimming everyday and eats lunch there. The first day seemed to go well. He actually took a nap he was so tired. Yay for summer!!! Now we just need to find a pool for me!

Justin Being Silly

Justin has become a pretty physical and silly little guy. He started jumping last week - but each time he finishes with some strange roll on the floor. His new thing is to do a yoga downward dog but then rest his head on the ground and put both his arms on his back - ouch!

Justin's 18 Month Stats

Weight = 23.6 lbs - 10-25%
Height = 33.5 inches - 75%

Justin has seemed to drop off in his weight a bit. It might be because he was squirming around and screaming his head off on the scale or the fact that he just got over a virus or that we need to increase his yogurt/milk intake. The doctor is not worried - just something to watch. Otherwise, she is very happy with his progress.

Father's Day at the Decordova museum

First, let me say a big Happy Father's Day to my boys father. Jerald we are all so lucky to have you - you are simply the best!!! We had a busy day running here and there but we had a lovely time at our visit to the Decordova Museum - it is mostly an outdoor sculpture garden with some installations inside. We all really enjoyed being outside and enjoying the interesting art.

We also wanted to send out a very happy father's day to our Grandpas and Fathers we love you all and think about you everyday as we raise our boys.

Number 3!!!

That is right - we are working on baby number three!!! Expected to arrive on December 3rd (I am 16 weeks pregnant). We do not yet know the gender. We will find out next month and will definitely share the news. We are all very excited about the news and are mentally and physically preparing for the growing family. We are contemplating - buying a new house and a new car (minivan here I come!). We are sorry for all the many friends and family (who we love very dearly) that we have not personally told the news to. We are so excited to share our news!!!

Bowling & Air Hockey

It has been a pretty rainy June - we got out of the house but out of the rain by joining Ronak and his family bowling! All of the boys had a lot of fun (including Jerald). I thought the cutest part was when Ronak and Seth played a game of air hockey.

Shopping in the Touch Me Museum

Please Touch Museum

We finished off our trip to Pennsylvania with a stop at this amazing Children's museum. It was in a beautiful old building with so many fun things to do - for all of us! Above is Seth "driving" a bus.

My favorite part was the play supermarket with checkout line (video coming). Jerald thought it was fun too!
We saw this wonderful one man show called "Pinch Bear." That was definitely Seth's favorite part. We are off to have a quick overnight visit at Grandma & Pa's and then home to Boston...

Justin's Elmo Ball!!!

Sesame Place - Day 2

We took our second day at Sesame Place much slower. We spent a very long time in Ernie's wading pool. We finally found something Justin was happy and comfortable doing - and all the other kids were thrilled to have the freedom to enjoy the water.
We saw another show - did a bunch more water rides - the little kids refused to nap - but the big kids went strong going on a ton more rides. They loved this bouncy thing... Seth insisted on seeing the parade again and riding the roller coaster two more times and then it was time to say goodbye to Elmo and his friends.
The boys passed out in the car almost immediately. We were all tired - but happy!
Some naps - baths - and the kids were ready for our next activity...
Chinese buffet!!! It was actually a very yummy meal. And we were able to get this wonderful group shot.
Justin holding his prized possession - his Elmo basketball. He loves it so much we couldn't pry it away from him so he slept with it. When I went to bed it actually had it under his arm. Too cute!
There was time for one last story time with Sitso - then with a heavy heart we had to say goodbye to Sitso, Maria, Elena and Angie. They were off early the next morning to begin their long journey home to Minnesota. We had the most wonderful time with their whole family and look forward to many more family vacations together!!!

Seth & Jerald on Elmo's Blast Off

Sesame Place - Day 1

Our big trip is finally here!!! Jerald has been planning this trip forever and all his hard work paid off. We drove down to Pennsylvania last night where we met up with our friends Maria and Sitso and their beautiful girls Elena and Angie. We had dinner went to sleep and got ready for our big day.
After breakfast we headed straight to the park - what a hot day! The kids were all so excited to see Elmo and his friends. I cannot even count the number of times Justin said Elmo. Seth and Elena went right to the roller coaster. There were hardly any lines so we could do what we wanted.
Here is the group waiting for the merry-go-round.
Elena, Angie and Justin playing in "Big Birds Nest."

Jerald and Seth on the high ropes course - both had a great time!
My boys on the tea-cups
I think this might have been Seth's favorite ride - Elmo's Blast Off (there was no way I was going on that!)
Seth with Bert and Ernie
We couldn't believe the little ones actually fell asleep!!!
The big parade...
Justin ended the day by stealing my ice cream cone. It was a long but wonderful and fun first day at Sesame Place. More tomorrow...

Seth's Last Day of School!!!

The end of school came out of no where... didn't it just start?
Thanks to his wonderful teachers - Elyssa, Deidre, and Marcia and to his amazing friends he had a fantastic year!!!

Introducing Aryeh Issac

Today was the bris and we got the big announcement about our new nephew - his name is Aryeh Isaac (nickname of Ari - we think?). He is named for Great-Grandaddy and Uncle Jason's Grandfather. How happy everyone looks is a great indication of how everyone is feeling!
