2 months old!!!

 Time is flying... and Ezra is getting bigger and cuter by the day!  His two month stats are 12 lbs 6 oz = 75th% and 23.5 inches long = 75th%.  Wow!  As you can see from the pictures he has been working a lot on his smiling at his family members and charming us all.  He is also doing a lot of laughing in his sleep.  His sleep at night is getting a little more consistent with 2-4 feedings a night.  We are hoping to turn the sleeping corner soon!  He still loves his playmat and looking at his reflection in the mirror on the playmat and during bathtime.  

The cuteness continues...

Sorry for the lack of blog posts recently.  We have been dealing with how to live our normal lives with three kids under the age of five, snow days once a week, horrible commutes for Jerald and for driving Seth to and from school, colds, and never ending laundry and dishes!  But the cuteness continues - and I will try to figure out time to keep the pics coming...

Nana to the rescue!

One of the hardest parts about being a parent is when you get sick - how can you take care of yourself and the kids?  This morning Jerald and I both woke up very sick - with a 24-hour stomach bug.  Nana to the rescue.  Nana came right over and took such amazing care of all of us.  She even managed to get the two older ones out of the house to music class.  In the afternoon she gave Ezra a bottle and let Jerald and I sleep for many hours so we could recover as quickly as possible.  A thank you - is so insufficient.  But once again, we feel so blessed to have Nana in our lives and living so close by!  THANK YOU!!!  

Go Pats!

We got all dressed up in our finest Patriots clothing for the big game.  Despite how nice we all looked and how much fun we had having Nana, Uncle Josh, Aunt Sara and Zev over - the game sucked!!!  Pa will NEVER let us hear the end of it.  But there is always next season...

Ezra Sleeping...

We are still working on this sleeping thing.  Ezra does appear to sleep most soundly during the day with his brothers running around screaming.  The life of a third child...

Snow-day!!!

What a crazy snowstorm we had today!  Seth's school was cancelled and Jerald decided to stay home from work.  We were all cozy in the house until we lost our power!  It was only out for 3 hours - but the house was starting to get cold.  I was a couple of minutes away from making Jerald look for wood to burn when I opened the refrigerator the power came back!  We ended up having a nice and safe day in our house.  We are thankful for our driveway, garage and our plow man.

Ezra's New Crib

 It looks like Justin is not giving up his crib anytime soon and we thought it would be nice for Ezra to have a place to chill (with no brothers in his face) and a place to sleep (if he ever leaves our bed).  I put out the call and got this crib from a friend.  It is nice to have some actual furniture in Ezra's room and a place for the mobile - which he seems to love!

Daddy's Home - lets play in the snow!

 We missed Daddy so much when he was away on his business trip!  Justin must have asked ten times a day "Where Daddy?"  Daddy made it just in time for a little snowfall and for some playing in the snow.  Seth and Jerald did a great job shoveling.  Justin lasted outside maybe 20 minutes, then back inside with Mommy.

 Jerald had to go out of town this week for business.  I am not ready to be alone with the little ones for very long so Grandma to the rescue!  Thanks Mom - for coming and taking care of all of us.  And for the cute pictures - next time we have to get you in some of them!

Music with Justin and Ezra

With the new year comes trying to go back to our "regularly" scheduled actives bringing Ezra along.  Today Justin and Ezra went to music class.  When I did the same thing when Justin was a baby, he would sleep through the whole music class.  Not Ezra - he was awake and seemingly happy the whole time.  Go figure!  Justin was thrilled to be back with the teacher Christy and to be moving and dancing to new songs.

Happy New Year!!!

 Happy New Year!!!  We had the most wonderful new years.  We spent the day together in our new house with our new family of five.  We made our own pizza for dinner (above is Justin's Mickey Mouse pizza - his idea!) and chocolate chip cookies for dessert.  We ate them in front of the tv watching Toy Story 3.  Promptly at 8pm (there is no way we would stay up until the real time) we counted down and celebrated the new year.
