Sleepover at Nana's

The boys had a great time at Nana's.  Seth's says that the movie (Spy Kids 2) was "awesome!"  Justin says that "Spy Kids 2 had lots and lots of bad guys."  Seth said "I had a lot of fun.  Nana let us stay up supper late and gave us peach cobbler and pizza."  Justin said "It was so much fun and also the pizza was great!"  Thank you so much!!!

Happy Early 10 Year Anniversary to Us!!!

We will be in NH on a family vacation on our actual anniversary so we wanted to celebrate a little on our own.  The boys slept over at Nana's house (thanks Nana!!!).  And we went to a yummy and romantic 6 course dinner.   The food was so pretty and yummy that I had to take pictures of it all.  It was wonderful spending the evening together with no where to rush off to.  We just got to enjoy each other's company and celebrate the last 10 years!

Pre-Mommy Camp Outing

With the big boys now in farm camp our afternoons are wide open.  Jerald took a trip with his brothers so we went on a trip too.  We started at Seth's favorite restaurant, The Purple Cactus.  We then went to a toy store, the science museum and finshed with ice cream.  As Ezra would say - "Who hoo!

Farm Camp

The boys now move on to farm camp.  Seth's 3rd summer and Justin's first.  I thought they all looked so cute with their backpacks.  

Even in the rain they seem to be having fun.  Justin spots my car every time I drive in for pick-up.  This time he even spotted me from a tree!

Visit with Ronak & Naina

What do best friends do?  They change their plans, drop everything, and take care of you and your kids when you need them.  That is exactly what Sarita and Sameer did.  We love you guys so much.  Thank you is not sufficient - but it will have to do.  Thank you!

As you can see from the pictures are kids still love each other.  What fun watching them together!

Visit with Elena, Angie and Amelia

What a treat!  We had a fun but too quick visit with Sitso, Maria and there three beautiful girls!  Within minutes our boys were playing with there girls.  Its like they know how much the parents like each other!  Thanks for the visit and the yummy food.  We will be back soon!

My Grandpa

Today was an incredibly hard day.  We lost my Grandpa last week.  He was 95 and led a wonderful life.  He was married to my Grandma for 65 years - had 2 children - 4 grandchildren - 3 great-grandchildren and my cousin will give birth to the 4th grandchild in the fall.  It doesn't make the loss of him any easier.  Today we buried him in his family plot next to his parents.  It was over 100 degrees but there were many people out there in the heat to pay tribute to Grandpa.  There is so much more I could say about Grandpa - but if you knew him, or know us, or read the blog - you already know what a wonderful man he was and how much we love him and always will.

Ezra

Ezra was super sad he couldn't go with his brothers golfing - but once he cheered up I got these super cute pictures of our little guy.  

Golf

Jerald took Seth and Justin and our neighbors for 9 holes.  Seth loved it and kept asking when they could play all 18!  Justin didn't want to get in any pictures - but had fun too.
