Justin's Birthday Party

Inspired by Seth's 7 year old spy party - Justin had an at home superhero party!  He had his 4 best friends over - Eitan, Gabriel, Yoav and Nadav.  Jerald led them in their Superhero Training!  Along the way they received their costume and special prizes.  When they finished they watched a movie - followed by pizza and ice cream cake.  Justin said he had a great time!  We love you Justin - Happy Birthday!!!

Justin's 5th birthday started out with some birthday family traditions.  We decorated his room and he got to eat pancakes in his room!  Since Seth has an early bus to catch - Justin ate two breakfasts - one with Seth and one with Ezra.

Justin, Ezra and I had a yummy birthday lunch complete with ice cream and candle!  Justin got to pick his favorite food for dinner.  What does he pick?  Green beans!  I added hamburgers and we ended with cupcakes.  He reported that he had a great birthday.  More celebrating to come!

Happy 5th Birthday Justin!!!

I cannot believe Justin is five years old!  I remember like it was yesterday this chubby blue eyed baby in my arms.  Justin is amazing.  He is incredibly generous and kind to his brothers.  He loves his family and is the best hugger!  He has really come into his own over the last year.  In school he now shares and participates and to quote Justin "School rocks!"  He is incredibly athletic and strong.  He has been excelling in any sport he has tried.  He is also part monkey - always hanging upside down and climbing on everything.  He has a great imagination.  He has spent most of his free time over the last 6 months creating different animals, superheros or animal superheros that he is.  He explains what they look like and all the powers they possess.  Justin is so many amazing things that they are hard to write down.  Justin to us is a beautiful smile, warm hug and amazing heart.  We love you!!!

Goodbye Front Tooth

This tooth hung around for a long time.  It was becoming very hard for Seth to eat and for us to look at it.  This was the first tooth that came out on its own (well, with Jerald's help!).  The one next to it is not far behind.  I was so ready for the tooth to come out I told Seth that the tooth fairy was running a special today where she would double her price to $2.  Seth knows that we are the tooth fairy - but we all pretend :-)

Sick Ezi

This week Ezra had a bad case of croup!!!  I slept in his room for the first night.  He is such a good natured kid.  Even with a 103 fever and a horrible cough and taking him outside at 1am to clear his lungs - he just snuggles right in and takes it as it comes.  I did like all the random places he fell asleep.  On the couch while watching tv and once in my bed.  He is all better now!

Sleepover at Nana's

When we had our law school reunion - the boys had a blast at a super fun sleepover at Nana's!!!  Thanks Nana - we all had a great time!!!

Ezra - Shabbat Helper

Ezra did a wonderful job at his very first time as Shabbat helper.  We were even able to borrow Justin from his class so he could join in the fun!  Ezra seems to be very happy and outgoing in his class.  What a big boy!
