Cat & Eric's Wedding

We were so thrilled to go to Long Island to celebrate our friend Cat's wedding!  Things were so crazy since we had only moved two days before - but it was worth it!  Thankfully my doctor ok'd me going and Nana was nice enough to take the boys for the weekend.
Jerald was so honored to say the blessing over the challah at the reception.  How cute is he?
Four of our law school friends are expecting!  Katherine is due with her second in February, Christine is due with her second girl, me with our third boy, and Suzanne due with her first boy.  So fun giving belly bumps!

It was so wonderful celebrating with Cat and Eric - they are an amazing couple and we are so excited that they are moving back to boston in January!!!  It was also fantastic getting to spend time with so many of our friends from law school.  We love you all and hope to stay in much better touch!!!

Thanks again to Nana for watching the boys - we appreciate it so much and the boys had a blast!!!

Moving Day...

Everything was packed and ready to go.  It was very strange going to sleep last night for the last time at this house.  It doesn't really feel like our house anymore - all the rugs are taken up, tv's unplugged, dishes all gone, and toys packed.  We have had so many wonderful memories at this house.  Seth has turned from a baby to a boy in this house.  Justin wasn't even a twinkle in our eye when we first moved in, and now he is a force of his own.  And no-name will never live in this house - but we will always have the memories of me packing with my ever growing belly!  So we move forward....Newton here we come!!!

Royal Reader

Today, Nana came to Seth's class to be the "royal reader."  She got to read some books to Seth's classmates while Seth sat right next to her.  It was really special to have Nana come to class and read.  He talked about how much fun it was all day long!  Thanks Nana!!!

Homework...

Seth and Jerald working on Seth's first homework project - a family collage.  Seth did all the cutting and making the big decisions.  It came out really cute with pictures of our family and all the things we enjoy doing ~ going to museums, the zoo, playing uno, dancing...

Grama & Pa

Jerald went away on a business trip - so Grandma came to stay with us for four sleeps!  She helped take care of the boys, help pack, and take care of me.  Thank you so much Grandma - you made a hard week so much easier!!!
Friday night, Pa took the train up to spend the weekend with us in our house full of boxes.  Grandma and Pa took the boys to their favorite playspace - so Jerald and I could have a morning of uninterrupted packing.  The boys had a blast and we were able to get ready for the big move.  Thanks so much!  We couldn't have done it without you!

Last Jacuzzi!

I think the thing we will miss most about our old house is the awesome jacuzzi and flat screen tv in the master bathroom.  The boys and Jerald can spend 30-60 minutes in there playing and watching sports.  It is a great winter activity!  They wanted to make sure they took one last jacuzzi before our move - and I wanted to make sure I took one last super cute picture of it.

Zoo...

The air is getting colder, but Jerald, Seth, Justin and Nana took advantage of a nice day (and a day off from work/school) to visit the zoo (and give Mom some time to get some other things done).  It was a lot of fun and because it wasn't too crowded, the animals were coming right up to edge of their cages.  Thanks for joining us Nana - we love sharing these experiences with you

Uncle Jono's Frisbee Tourney

Uncle Jono has been playing frisbee since he was about 9 years old, when he used to tag along with Jerald and Uncle Josh.  This weekend, Jerald, Seth, Justin and Nana went to see Uncle Jono play with some of the best people in the Northeast for a chance to go to the National Championships.  Uncle Jono's team went 3-1 on this day, but narrowly missed out on the National Championships.  The boys had a great time watching though, and Uncle Jono played great - clearly one of the superstars on the team!  Hopefully, we'll get to see him play again next year.
